MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR

Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the recommendation of the
Air Force office of primary responsibility and adopt the rationale expressed as the basis for
our decision that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an injustice.
Therefore, we recommend the applicant's records be corrected to show that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to
APPLICANT, be corrected to show that:
a. He was not released from active duty on 28 May 2012, but on that date he
continued on active duty for the purpose of medical evaluation through 21 June 2012 at which
time he was released from active duty.
b. He was not released from active duty on 7 July 2012, but on that date he
continued on active duty for the purpose of medical evaluation through 15 July 2012 at which
time he was released from active duty.
